IT’S ALREADY DECEMBER WHAT HAPPENED? I feel like I blacked out back in January and just came to…AND CHRISTMAS IS LIKE 20 DAYS AWAY OMG WHAT IS HAPPENING?! I’M NOT READY!!!

Speaking of Christmas,  I heard a story on the radio about the Swedish Christmas Goat they put up every year in Sweden… which is promptly destroyed… every year. I left last year’s handiwork below for your enjoyment. Trust me, you’ll want to see it.

If you want to take your ugly sweater up a notch this year, try out an ugly sweater suit!

I’m not one for celebrity gossip (just kidding, EVERYONE loves celebrity gossip… amiright?) – If you have ever wondered how Giada stays so trim, you can now know her secret.

You can finally buy your Girl Scout cookies online.

Kickstarter strikes again, this time with Pantelligent – the world’s smartest frying pan.

Christmas came early in Japan, since you can now drink your cookies – no chewing required. Up next – injectable cookies?

And in Australia Pizza Hut developed a Dorito-crusted pizza.

Meanwhile, here in the US, all we get is a grilled cheese cronut. Actually, that’s amazing. And only requires a tube of crescents and some velveeta cheese. I can feel my arteries clogging just thinking about it…

If you, like so many of us, are struggling to stay motivated, this article from Pinch of Yum couldn’t have come at a better time … Even though it’s targeting bloggers, the post has some great advice that could really be applied to avoiding burnout in any career path or even just in every day life. I highly recommend reading it.

And if reading isn’t really your thing (then you probably haven’t made it this far down the page) but you must check out this podcast. Anyway, It’s call “Serial” and you can download it for free. SO GO DO IT NOW! YOU HAVE SO MUCH TO CATCH UP ON!

Here’s the synopsis:

“On January 13, 1999, a girl named Hae Min Lee, a senior at Woodlawn High School in Baltimore County, Maryland, disappeared. A month later, her body turned up in a city park. She’d been strangled. Her 17-year-old ex-boyfriend, Adnan Syed, was arrested for the crime, and within a year, he was convicted and sentenced to spend the rest of his life in prison. The case against him was largely based on the story of one witness, Adnan’s friend Jay, who testified that he helped Adnan bury Hae’s body. But Adnan has always maintained he had nothing to do with Hae’s death. Some people believe he’s telling the truth. Many others don’t.”

AREN’T YOU ALREADY GETTING SUCKED IN? Every week I keep meaning to tell you all about it and EVERY WEEK I forget… which is CRAZY because this podcast is crazy good. So check it out if you have a minute.

And now, more celebrities reading mean tweets because IT’S AMAZING.
