Wee Eats is owned and operated by me, Natalie.

After 23 years of life in the midwest, in the hottest month of 2008, I transplanted to the Arizona desert.  Because when is a better time to move to the desert than the middle of the summer?

Now, I’m growing more accustomed to the desert climate and I have a steady 9 to 5 in the generic cubicle-filled workforce.  When I’m not at work, I like to pass time with my FH (that stands for “Future Husband”) and our two cats, or cooking up treats in the Wee Eats Lab.

(Oh yeah, that’s me! and my FH. Right there!).  He has the wonderful job of taste-testing every recipe that comes out of the kitchen (or “Wee Eats Laboratory”).

I have no formal training in cooking, photography, or writing.  I have had my fair share of disasters, and when they happen during a recipe that is posted, I try my best to give you the steps to avoid them… or to fix them, if you should happen to be lucky enough to run into the same issue.
